 SMALL CLAIMS
If there is money owed to you, up to $10,000.00, this can be claimed in the Small Claims Court. The amount claimed can exceed $10,000.00 when you include costs, interest and disbursements. My first objective is to obtain your money at minimal costs to you. If someone is making a claim against you which is untrue or unfair, I will fight to win. You can try to represent yourself, if you know the law. The judge can only make a ruling based on the legal arguments you present. If you don't know the law, how will you make your arguments? FAMILY LAW

It is always a good idea to put your affairs in order. Life can present unexpected hurdles and bumps, so don't make the mistake of taking things lightly. Don't leave yourself or your loved ones unprepared. By doing a WILL, POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR PROPERTY, and/or POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR PERSONAL-CARE, you take care of yourself and your loved ones. The cost is minimal and affordable, but the end results are priceless.
LANDLORD AND TENANT
If you don't know what your rights are, it can leave you feeling very powerless. You don't have to feel this way. There are ways to resolve the issues, you just need someone who knows how. It is inexpensive for you to receive justice. If you are a landlord and you wait too long to receive your payments from your tenants, your property could go into power of sale should you fail to make your mortgage payments. If you mishandle your application it can take you a long time to reach a resolution. This loss of time can cost you a lot. If you are a tenant and the landlord falls short of taking care of the necessary things, you are within your right to take action.
